Advice on Diet and Exercise:
Fresh foods, especially fruits and vegetables contain beneficial
enzymes which will improve your digestion and health. Eat nutritious whole food
snacks throughout the day for energy. If you are dieting be careful not to cut back
too many calories. This can undermine your efforts causing your metabolism to slow
and you will stop losing weight. If you reach a plateau in your weight loss, try
interval training - bursts of speed or high intensity work. Mixing it up will fire
up your metabolism.
